| David Lynn Anderson has published three novels as a ghost writer. He has sold 40-50 short
stories to national magazines. His awards include honorable mention in Writers Digest annual
writing contest and several first and second place finishes in the novel category of the annual
writing contest held at the Space Coast Writers Guild writers conferences for novels of The
Sorcerer Series.
"My writing has been influenced by Stephen King, Clive Barker, Anne Rice, Dean Koontz, Tom
Clancy, and movies like the Indiana Jones series. I think my style is more conversational than
most of the authors I read. I like a lot of action, adventure and especially suspense. I was a
systems analyst and have a MS is Systems Management. That training and experience has
influenced me to plan a logical story with tightly integrated subplots. Stephen King says he likes
to scare people (with his stories). I like to surprise people with plot twists they didn't see coming
and an ending they can't guess." |
